First they tortured him for refusing to answer questions. THEN they told him that he had the right to remain silent. How can there be a duty to answer questions if there is a right to remain silent?
They claimed that a DOG gave them "probable cause", and then they claimed that "probable cause" gave them the right to search. "Probable cause" is not the right to search. "Probable cause" is the right to ASK a judge for a search warrrant:
