I have not yet heard from Jawj on her preference; however, even if
Jawj picks marijuana rights, curb rights still has more votes. (For
the record, I purposefully did not ask for a deciding ExCom vote,
where unanimity would be required.)

Now on to step #2? Ironing out the writing on Phil's proposal?
