If you really intend to oppose my motion you might want to address one of
my basic points which is that although there is a general rule that once an
election has been held all challenges to the election are moot, in this
case that does not apply because no election is being held tomorrow. This
is because Stanley Schlein got all the opposing candidates thrown off the
ballot so only the County Authorized candidates are running. Since there is
no opposition there will be no election. The polls in the Bronx will not be
open tomorrow. Therefore even if my motion is not decided today there will
still be time.

It is on PACER now.
Whether any judges are actually reading and deciding my motion I do not
know.
I am confident that the decision by the district judge is wrong. There have
been dozens of cases where the federal courts have put candidates back on
the ballot. If this decision is allowed to stand it will be virtually
impossible to challenge a decision by the Board of Elections in federal
court.
