Bad decision for the Good Guys in US District Court

Ok. Nobody has appeared although all of you have been served. I think it is
reasonable to assume you would be opposing counsel as you always have.

I feel that if I had left that line blank saying that there was no opposing
counsel I would have been accused of misleading the court. When they asked
me on the appeal form whether opposing counsel has been informed, I said
yes. When they asked whether opposing counsel was in agreement with my
motion or opposed I said opposed.

Even though you have never said that you are opposed to my motion I feel it
is a safe guess that you are opposed.

Do you disagree?

What's up with taking good-guys into an arena where the bad-guys always win?
It looks like taking your friends with you into a bad neighborhood for a mugging.
What is the strategy? Martyr collectivism? Collectivist martyrdom? WTF?
Where's the $$$ in it? Where's the IQ in it? Where is the "win" in it?
Draw a line between this escapade and something useful.
The conversation about this needs totally different terms, to be useful, to anyone who needs to make sense and has the juice to do anything about it.
