Back in SF, on Range Voting kick

Hello folks,

This is Clay Shentrup, and I'm back in SF, after a brief stint in the
Pacific Northwest.

While I was away I became a voting method geek, and came to the
conclusion that changing the voting method we use is the NUMBER ONE
issue for any alternative party. The voting method we need turns out
to be Range Voting.
