Dear UCSF Mike;
On going on and around the neighborhood in the Hood of my youth outside Chicago - my neighborhood was considered sorta tough - it was the kinda place where kids stole hubcaps off of moving cars - we called our neighborhood Noah's Ark - you nevah went nowhere's unless you was in pairs!
