Anyone in Ready Return pilot program?

Hi all,

Sorry for the cross-posting.

I have a reporter who is interested in finding someone, of 10,000-50,000 in the state of California, who received an already filled-in tax return from the state. This is in conjunction with California's "Ready Return" pilot project.
