There are now only two anti-eminent domain abuse initiatives currently
collecting signatures. The main one is called the People's Initiative
and is sponsored by various grass-roots anti-tax and
anti-redevelopment groups. They have little funding.

The other one is called the Anderson initiative, this one has
significant financial backing and is supported by the Americans for
Limited Government and endorsed by Sen. Tom McClintock.
The Protect Our Homes initiative cannot be downloaded, but they will
take donations <http://www.protectourhomes2006.com/>
Libertarian need to be involved in stopping eminent domain abuses.
