Dear Everyone;
Another example of the three strikes law using a sledge hammer to smack a gnat. Too bad the minimum 26 years will cost California taxpayers a minimum of $650,000. That's along with the guy getting 26 years to life for stealing some video cassettes. And the guy getting 26 years to life for stealing a slice of pizza.
Can anything be done to change the three strikes law to be only for violent felons?
