Heather has filed a complaint with the Contra Costa County Civil Grand Jury, requesting that they investigate the regionalism that Plan Bay Area entails. We need to do the same with the San Francisco Grand Jury; so I will ask Aubrey if he would consider placing this subject on tomorrow's meeting agenda.
