"The FBI said Monday it was investigating the discovery of envelopes
containing white powder sent to at least four federal buildings in the
Northwest. Mailroom workers at all four buildings ... opened envelopes
containing the suspicious powder Monday .... Investigators concluded
the powder was some sort of bleach compound, [the Seattle Times]
