Twenty-five thousand people attended L.A.'s inaugural THC Expo hemp and art show in June. Cheech and Chong are back and making a new movie. A French fashion designer is selling high-end cannabis-themed accessories for tens of thousands of dollars. These are heady times, pun intended. Clearly the time is ripe for the libertarian-minded to push harder than ever to end the failed "War on Drugs," which is showing major cracks in its facade.
