No. They did not check upstate registrations. They did not even check
registrations from Westchester County. This is one thing I learned from the
hearings yesterday. One of the other candidates had this problem.
I believe that most of Darryl's witnesses are in fact from Upstate New
York, especially Marc Romain who is from Syracuse. If I can establish that
a significant number of the subscribing witnesses are registered as
Republicans in Upstate New York I can file a court case within three days
to get back on the ballot.
