Hi everyone,
It's time to kick off the year with our annual convention! We have had a
tremendous response so far and have gotten *many* RSVPs, so I am
confident we'll have a full house. *Please RSVP if you plan on
attending* since we need to rent chairs for the event, as well as print
materials, etc.

Also, *we really need officers*! Please consider running for Chair, Vice
Chair, Treasurer or Secretary. Feel free to get in touch with me if you

As another reminder, this meeting is being held at *Clickup, 580 Howard
St* starting at *1:00pm*. We will be starting on time, so *please show
up by 12:45*! The entrance is on the street, it's very easy to find.
Please see the tentative agenda below. If any central committee member
plans on proposing bylaws changes, please send me a copy of the text you
wish to change as soon as possible so we can have it available for
everyone to read and can plan the time accordingly.
If you would like to see any changes made to the agenda, please let me
know ASAP!
