12 Feb 2005 I made a personal commitment 3 years ago to network with groups outside the Libertarian Party in an effort to build coalitions. In that spirit, I have been working to schedule a Green-Libertarian “summit” in middle Tennessee for about 6 months. My intent was not to debate philosophy, but to focus on areas where we agree and work for positive change. After all, I figured if the Green and Libertarian Presidential candidates could campaign and appear on TV together, we could meet in a civil manner locally?
