"We the People In Order To..."

Dear UCSF Mike;
To further address where my feeling lie this url goes to a recent article on Mises.org from Hans-Hermann Hoppe. It addresses the issue of what went wrong between the Revolution and the Constitution and how to solve the problem today. Although his solution is somewhat wishy-washy and is at best a re-hashed form of secession.
Things would have been better if the Articles of Confederation had continued on in one form or another with agreements for mutual aid between states with the concept of a central government with a president and with limited powers having a stake driven through its heart and had been buried inside a welded shut iron coffin deeply buried inside a deep cave with the access to the cave then blocked by having the tunnel to the cave destroyed by blasting powder with a 24/7 heavily armed set of guards at the entrance with orders to shoot to kill anyone daring to try to revive the central government concept.

Agreed. I liked Hoppe's article very much.
