Apologies if this message is off-topic or redundant, but time is of the essence and I feel it's important to get this out to as many economic freedom supporters as possible.
Word is that thousands of protesters are converging on Capitol Hill this weekend to oppose the government health care takeover! I wish I could tell you I'm optimistic their voices will be heard, but there is a full-court press by the congressional leadership to ram this unaffordable "reform" through Congress by any means necessary, and right now, 19 hours before the anticipated critical votes, it's too close to call. This site has a real-time vote count meter: http://www.nrcc.org/CodeRed/main.php. Right now the count is tied at 211 for and 211 against, with 9 undecided! The number needed to defeat the bill is 216!
Scroll down for links with video of the protests, an interview where Obama gets nailed with tough questions and essentially repeats Nancy Pelosi's outrageous statement that you get to know what's in the bill after it's passed! Also a projected timeline for tomorrow's voting.
When they're not occupied typing emails or dialing digits to call your representatives, keep your fingers crossed!

Why not let the phone ring at some congressional offices while watching some of these videos?

In reference to the "Bret Baier For President" sign held by the protester above, here's the transcript (from http://www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2010/03/17/bret_baiers_interview_transcript_president_obama.html) of his terrific, hard-hitting interview with Obama on Wednesday (see the video along with a car commercial here - http://video.foxnews.com/v/4113576/fox-news-exclusive-president-obama):
