Update in policy

Here is response to a weasly response from the library of Congress which is further below...

Dear Unidentified Team Member,

The last correspondence from the Library of congress to me in 2010 stated that my campaign website content would not be available outside the confines of the library without my permission.

At some point between and that day, the rules changed and the content could be shared unless I actively opted out.

I was not not notified of that change in advance.

when was the change in policy made?

why was I not notified in advance?

I do not choose to opt out now as the cat is already out of the bag.

An honest forthright answer to the above simple questions would be appreciated.

It would be so gratifying to receive an open and forthright answer so that I can go to sleep tonight knowing that the moral rot has not spread even to the Librarians.

Please , let me have faith in at least that.

And one more question on a lighter note...

does the Library of Congress use "The Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy " as it's policy and procedures manual.

"Earthlings, the notice of demolition of your planet has been on file in the Federations office on alpha centauri for ten years . It is not our fault that you have not gone there. as it is only two light years away.

Poof"
