There is no problem with the circulator issue, as all those signitures
were collected just to by us time and all but three were not
libertarian signitures, but collected as from people on the street
just to act as fillers, to buy us time to replace the rejected
signitures with actual proper san francisxo libs. the fifty that
Sheilla handed in and had rejected did the satisfy the intended
purpose of acting as place fillers until the y could be replaced
before the Marxh 12th deadline.
Ricardd Winger is as on top of this as just about anyone could be, and
he sure sounded confident about the party money issue.
