The Bay Area Circle, a group of folks formerly with the Coffee Party (a nascent left-wing response to the Tea Party movement) who are seeking transpartisan dialogue and more common ground, are having a BBQ tomorrow at Chrissy Field to which libertarians and others are invited.
Mark Hinkle, the LP's national chair who happens to live in the South Bay, will be coming up and attending this event with me, and we plan to bring some libertarian literature. Here's a message about the event from organizer Mike Keough:
This is ‘pot luck’-bring something to share and introduce it to the rest of us. Bring something to drink and we will provide ice.
