David Heller is on the steering committee of the San Francisco Taxpayers Union, and has been leading opposition to a new transit plan for Geary Blvd. I don't know that there's a clear libertarian position on this issue, but any forum like this is an opportunity to go and speak up and articulate libertarian views.
