Sorry I was unclear. My problem was with the inference they deduced from the
photo. To show the obvious paranoid bias they have, I excerpted a paragraph
from their site. I'm curious, do you, or anyone reading this, thinks we (the
great US of A) have a 10 year plan of "global domination" and are now showing
our true imperialistic colors?

I think the Plan for a New American Century[1] has a plan that could be
described that way. And I think most of the founders and influential
thinkers behind PNAC now have Bush administration positions (e.g. Cheney,
Wolfowitz).
They were rattling sabers for Iraq before GWII took office; 9/11 only
slowed down their plans.
