So, no, election fraud is not a "minor" problem with a "small effect"
on world history. It is a "major" problem which has had "more of an
effect on world history than almost any other factor."
This is not commonly appreciated in the US because US schoolchildren are
inculcated with the opposite perception by feel-good schoolbooks
packed with useless pictures of smiling people, and most never learn
the truth (or only much later in life).
