The fight against eminent domain is not finished

Below is a message I got from Brian O'Flynn. (I'm on his list of people helping him fight City Hall.) The rules for the Board of Supervisors meetings don't allow public comment on an issue after there has already been a public comment period for it, so I didn't go to the meeting on Tuesday, but I saw it on channel 26. Peskin's performance was sickening. He used the fact that Supervisor Daly was absent as an excuse for continuing his crusade to get the city to steal Brian's property, even though he knew there were enough votes to defeat his proposal even if Daly had been there to vote with him, and even though the Open Space Advisory Committee and the Recreation and Park Commission had both voted not to fund the eminent domain.
