In the common law, unfairness has several aspects that make the contract void, notably coercion in its making and consideration on only one side.
In the UK, and US, these have a variety of statutory analogs. In Australia, it takes the actual language of "unfair contracts" in the statutes.

You are correct about coercion, fraud, illegal clauses. Period. None of which applicable to our subject, unless one stretches the subject beyond the point I am trying to make.
