Paul Ireland can be rather hot-headed sometimes and has pissed a lot of people off, but on the issues he tends to be mostly right, imho. I thought the following message he posted to the Libertarian Party of California candidates' list was insightful, well-written, and worth passing along.
I was not aware that the Pledge was dropped from LP membership cards as he reports below. Does anyone know when/how this happened or who was responsible? I hope that we can get the Pledge back on those cards ASAP.
