Some good comments from a NY Times reader

Found the following posted in the comments section of a NY Times article, from Bill Harris of Austin, Texas (http://timespeople.nytimes.com/view/user/134156/activities.html) and thought it worth passing along. I especially like his point that freedom of speech presupposes freedom of thought (and therefore that governments have no right to criminalize diverse states of mind such as may be achieved by ingesting various drugs).
