My summary of the case is brief considering that it is only one page long
and the original complaint is 44 pages long.
I cannot make it any shorter without making the case seem trivial which of
course is what you want.
Otherwise I agree with your draft case management order. I do not plan to
add any more defendants. I do not plan to file an amended complaint. I do
not plan to file a new case either.
