Is there a publicly available list? I read on Mish's blog about average policemen making $120K+/year. Can we get numbers for SF?

SFGate.com has a terrific page that lists salaries over $100,000 a year for different Bay Area cities - http://www.sfgate.com/data/
The fact that they specifically list salaries over $100K reinforces my feeling that this is a natural cut-off point in the public's eye, hence the desirability of our lobbying for a salary cap at $99,999 a year ("no six-figure salaries").
This Examiner article from last year is also excellent -- http://www.sfexaminer.com/local/City_workers_rake_in_raises.html. Points out that the *average* SF government employee salary including benefits is nearly $120,000 a year!
