Semper Fi

I'd like to invite the ex-military LP members (and any other interested folks) to a 1942 LAN gaming party that me and some friends do every sunday afternoon. It's at the Grounded Internet Cafe, 885 Howard St., 6pm-10pm. Drop by anytime. The cost is about $10 for the evening. The computers and software are provided by the Cafe.

If you're not familiar with 1942, here's an intro (all scenes are from the actual game):

Dear Everyone;

In Nevada a bank is saying the Patriot Act requires them to investigate whether the LOL's on a retirement community board are terrorists. Lana Noland a former Nevada Libertarian chairwoman is also quoted in the article.

It appears people in Nevada are getting fed up with the twists and turns of the Patriot Act being used to do everything but hunt down terrorists and people planning espionage.
