The Main Stream media interpretation of the Watergate episode is a fantastic and grotesque distortion of historical truth. Now, in my new book with my co-author Mike Colapietro, I correct the historical record to show how a weakened Nixon was taken down in a coup de ‘etat led by Gen. Alexander Haig, You will learn who really planned, pushed and executed the Watergate break-in and why there is no “deep throat”. Also revealed is how Nixon brokered a pardon from Gerald Ford before Nixon resigned and what was said in the famous 18 ½ minute erasure in the White House Tapes.

Learn the inside scoop on Watergate, the Ford Pardon, and the 18 ½ minute Gap.

Roger Stone, the New York Times bestselling author of The Man Who Killed Kennedy, gives us the inside scoop on how Nixon avoided prosecution after the Watergate scandal. Using Gen Al Haig as his agent, Nixon let Vice President Ford know that he would expose the CIA’s involvement in the JFK assassination and Ford’s role in altering autopsy records for the Warren Commission if he went to trial in the Watergate scandal. “Tell them if Dick Nixon’s going down I’m taking everyone down with me, that prick [CIA Director Richard] Helms, Lyndon, and Jerry Ford are going down with me” was the way Haig phrased it.

Thus Nixon would use this information to avoid prosecution and jail to blackmail Gerald Ford for a full, free and unconditional pardon. Nixon’s secret would not only destroy his presidency—it would save him from prison.

Stone examines the bungled Watergate break-in to determine what exactly Nixon’s agents were looking for and how the CIA infiltrated the burglar team and sabotaged the break-in to gain leverage over Nixon who was demanding the CIA turn over the records of the Bay of Pigs and Kennedy Assassination. He also explains the 18 1/2 minute gap in the White House Tapes, although the point is moot as the government has still redacted all references to the Bay of Pigs, the Kennedy Assassination, and the CIA from the publicly released Nixon tapes and the Obama Administration’s fighting in Federal Court to keep the CIA’s Bay of Pigs records sealed.

Oh NO, another conspiracy theorist on the loose!

1 Why should anyone care about this alleged coup?
Watergate happened so many years ago.

2 Why should we believe this author's recounting of events?
Why should we believe that everyone else either got it all wrong or are trying to deceive us???

Amen! Blame the addiction to playing "ain't it awful."

P.S. Glad to see you back in business, Les!

And Benghazi and the IRS scandals and the rest will get swept under the rug and covered up and deals brokered and the truth will finally come out 40 years from now and they will all say the same thing: That was so long ago. What difference does it make.

And that is how the wheel turns.

"I freed a thousand slaves. I could have freed a thousand more if only they knew they were slaves."
-Harriet Tubman-

Point understood. However, I personally would rather invest time communicating to the general public the need for watchfulness and transparency, than lick wounds among ourselves. Also, I prefer to offer solutions rather than rehash problems. For example, I spent the weekend precinct walking for John Dennis for Congress in hopes his ideas of promoting transparency and shrinking government will reach the general public in his US Congressional District 12.

Ok, but how do you decide what the truth is?
There is no reason to think the this latest expose of Watergate is really the truth, or just the author's intuitions.
