Thanks, David. You are correct. I wrote my original note right after I saw
the news that SB1 had passed by an overwhelming margin. I had earlier in
the day read Ron's message linking to
http://www.informationliberation.com/?id=19571, but posted my comment before
seeing http://yro.slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=07/01/19/0553211 which
reported that this provision had to be removed before the bill could move
forward.

Thank goodness, my blog at http://armadillodreaming.blogspot.com won't get
me sent to jail.
