[[ronpaul-36] Party, Party, Party May 16 at Moksha]

Marc Joffe spoke on behalf of Phil at the Victoria Theater forum
yesterday organized by Cindy Sheehan's group Gold Star Families for
Peace. (He gave me a written copy of his remarks, which I'll try to
bring to our meeting if anyone wishes to read them.) Cindy was there
of course, along with Shirley Golub who is running against Pelosi in
the Democratic Party primary, also from the left. Even the Republican
candidate (Dana Walsh?) put in an appearance. There were about 40
people in the audience, including Michael Edelstein and myself. It
would have been nice to have some literature for Phil. If he has
something to pass out, I will probably be attending the event you
mention below, and would be happy to pass out his fliers or whatever.
Not sure what else you may have in mind as far as getting Phil's name
out.

I don't think there are brochures, but you can print out copies of his
web pages:

Last evening Cindy Sheehan was interviewed on KGO-AM. She cited Phil Berg and the Libertarian Party. She also mentioned that someone filled in for Phil at Sunday's Town Hall, but failed to give Marc's name.

The interview is archived on the KGO web site. Look for Monday at 10 PM.

BTW, Cindy sounded great on the war and dismal on practically everything else. She's an enthusiastic endorser of positive rights. Perhaps when Phil is on a platform with her during the campaign he would educate her in rights' theory. She seems to have a less closed mind than most politicians.

Best, Michael
