November 5 was picked as the date (from Guy Fawkes Day and "V for Vendetta") to be a demonstration of people power by seeking to get everyone to donate to Ron Paul on one day and generate a huge daily total. I'd seen some messages about it, so expected Dr. Paul would get a definite boost today, but this is exceeding my expectations! Already over $3.8 million raised today! It's not inconceivable that Kerry's all-time daily fundraising record could be topped (see below). The media are going to be hard put to dismiss him as not a top-tier candidate after this, and I think his poll numbers will rise accordingly. There is a short time left to donate today. If you know anyone who's maybe been on the fence, please consider calling them tonight to let them know about this chance to be part of making this splash.
