As I learned during a visit to the West Bank in 2018, some Palestinians are Christians. I also saw first hand how poorly Israel treats non-Jewish residents of the West Bank.Going to Hebrew school as a child, I was taught that Jews were the chosen people - a title that comes with moral responsibilities. Every day that the Jewish State continues to violate basic human rights in the West Bank is another day that we fail to live up to those responsibilities (especially because so many of my fellow Jews reflexively defend Israel, right or wrong).
Before Israel occupied this territory, it was called Palestine. Identifying oneself a Palestinian merely reflects an association with the territory's traditional name, and i don't agree that doing so is necessarily antisemitic.
