SPUR (San Francisco Planning and Urban Research) is the political front
for those who benefit from lucrative City Development projects such as
the Geary Street project and Octavia Street project....Bechtel's, Blum's
are all on their Board of Directors. I don't know if anyone from SPUR
would make a good guest for the Activist Forum although Jim might show
up. He really gets out there.
