Lakeland Village is a prime piece of property, in a prime South Shore location. I thought the implied rates too low by half, but they do have 4-bedroom units as low as $245 (which, divided 10 ways, is about $25 a night). You do have to be friends to sleep 10 in a 4-bedroom. And there aren't enough such units (the other 4-bedrooms range up to over $1000) for a whole convention.
