RE: [lpsf-discuss] Outreach to the left

Good question; thanks, Starchild. I'm sorry I had forgotten about this letter while I was at the convention, or I would have asked Seehusen, when he invited me up to the Presidential Suite on Saturday evening. (I did have an interesting conversation there with Jim Lark. When he looked at my badge, he said: "Oh, you're the one who wrote that very insightful analysis of the Indianapolis convention, which Starchild forwarded to me." Wouldn't have thought it would have made that much of an impression.) The only example of outreach to the left I've seen was Neale's having invited Carl Pope to speak at the convention.
