If sin taxes haven't been challenged on First Amendment grounds, they
should be. For a comprehensive analysis of Sin Taxes, I suggest that
those interested read the short paper on the subject called The Sin Tax,
Economic and Moral considerations. It's published by the Acton

Sin Taxes are not only bad public policy, they are immoral.
