I believe that since this is a statewide campaign, it doesn't matter where
the petition originated, or where it is submitted. You can submit completed
petitions to any Registrar's office in any county in the state. Anyone who
wishes to sign a petition for Gail Lightfoot can contact me in the East Bay.
This may be a contested race in the primary, which is always good for
publicity.
