RE: [lpsf-discuss] A very dark day in SF history.

98% of the votes are in, and the results are almost exactly

Not really -- 3 came out the same as our recommendations, and 4
were different.

Of course those four were probably the most important, so I will
agree with you that it is indeed a dark day for San Francisco...

Same: NO on C, YES on E and I

Different: NO on A, B, F, and H (all passed)

The LPSF gave no recommendation on D (failed) and G (passed).

At the state level it looked very similar, also with 3 coming out
the same as the LPC's recommendations (NO on 78, 79, and 80) and 4
coming out different (YES on 74, 75, 76, and 77, all of which
failed). The LPC gave no recommendation on 73.

(For me personally, at the local level, 4 came out the same as my
own vote and 5 were different; I voted YES on E and G and NO on
the rest. At the state level, all the votes came out as I voted
myself -- NO on everything.)

This truly is a town full of morons. I'm off to start job
hunting in NH now.

I won't try to dispute your judgment, but as Marcy said, we need
you here.

Cheers,
