I agree with you Aubrey re Michael E’s method, but perhaps we could find another way to include them and make them feel more welcome. As I recall they can participate in the discussion if not vote so I am not sure what we could do, but perhaps we could come up with something. The good thing with being in a spot where we could order pizza was that there was a social where they could participate in the food eating without having to pay.
