Hi Marty, BAAAS isn’t a homeless charity. It stands for “Big-Ass Amazingly Awesome Homosexual Sheep”, and it’s a Burning Man music car. Their website is [baaahs.org](http://baaahs.org). The block party is a dance party. I’m not entirely sure it’s free, but either way, people are working really hard to make a space where people can dance and have fun.
