Thanks for the post, Nina. It would be interesting to see how two factions of the Libertarian movement would react to this bill! Sometimes individual rights collide, as we saw happen regarding San Francisco's "sit/lie" law. The bill is 51 pages long (time to start a petition that lawmakers go back to being part time). To my mind the bill simply furthers our society's trend away from private property and self reliance, and toward "rights" not of opportunity as implied in the US Constitution but of outcomes.
