I agree, there are many things people should do they don't do. In these cases, should the state force them to do the right thing?

Eric Garris persuaded me to vote against Prop. 37. He says it burdens small farmers because even if they didn't intend to produce genetically modified food, sometimes genetically altered seeds drift onto their property and they inadvertently produce genetically altered food.
