Pride 2004

Chris,

As long as we have a visible Libertarian presence, this idea sounds
good to me. Marching with another contingent could even make our
numbers look larger than they are. I should be able to help again as
usual with the parade and booth this year.

Marcy,

Would you be opposed to marching with another group if we are clearly
visible as representing Libertarians, as Chris and Rob suggest?

Yours in liberty,

2. I re-read Chris's e-mail about MECA, and as I understand it,
Chris is
suggesting that LPSF join MECA in the Pride Parade? I personally do
not
vote for such a move, and would personally not participate. Could we
volunteers have a clarification from Rob as to whether the
LPSF/Outright
booth will be independent or will be joining other groups (any
groups).

Rob (not I) was suggesting that Outright/LPSF have a booth, but join
with
MECA in the parade. I wouldn't mind marching *with* MECA - next to
them,
behind them, in support of them - but it is very important (and really
the
point of participating in the parade) that we keep our identity
distinct.

~Chris
