Possible Background on a Police Initiative

Dear Ron,

You are a super researcher. I spent at least an hour earlier trying
to find exactly what you found without any success. Thank you. Yes,
funds allocation would be a good way to determine priorities. I
would also be in favor of this proposed initiative, if it turns out
we clearly disagree with the current priorities.
