Possible Background on a Police Initiative

Allow me to paraphrase the Supreme Court on obscenity -- I can't tell you how the SFPD are allocating their resources right now, but I know bad priorities when I see them. 8^P

  Seriously, we'd have to research that if we went with this initiative. But the amount of learning needed on this topic shouldn't be too overwhelming.
