Here is a little more - an opinion from one of the Pink Pistols members:
"...basically the appeals courts seems to be saying the
issues brought up by this are too numerous and too complicated to be
appropriated for an appeals court. They felt it would be better to to
wave this off so it would get the attention of a full trial court.
"It is being touted by gun-grabbers as some sort of bis loss for the NRA.
It really amounts to nothing whatsoever for any "side", beyond the
additional hassle of having a longer, more drawn-out trial, rather than
a quick appeals decision."
As for the final outcome, I am cautiously optimistic.
