It's really past time Americans began having a serious discussion about reining in these uniformed thugs. Everything from prison corruption to arresting schoolchildren for bringing scissors to school; tasering old people, beating up women and children; arresting people without even the pretense of probable cause; confiscating property without warrants; &c, &c, &c.; these are the actions of a police state and not a free society.
